Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume.

Shipping Methods

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

House of Croshae is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

Shipping carriers
Severe weather conditions
Customs clearance
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
Other circumstances beyond our control

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery or receipt of the package.
Where applicable, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
